    Breakfast offered many wonderful choices, beyond the usual English Breakfast. Herring, salmon, porridge, Scottish pancakes, etc.

    Nothing to dislike, Trevor and Kim were wonderful hosts and even drove us to the train station.

    I had huge room with a comfortable bed, a beautifully dressed bedroom and TV. Peaceful location to attractions like Pavilion, that was very close to the hotel.

    A very warm welcome, Andy and Carol were perfect hosts made us feel at home from day one. Hotel was in a perfect location - very clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was the best we have had in Devon. Very enjoyable break we will certainly be back again soon.

    There was a very friendly atmosphere and the owners were very helpful and welcoming. Having no children around was very appealing.The breakfast choice was good and the products, service and presentation were to a very high standard. This hotel is especially suitable for mature couples.

    Thank you for a very nice stay, really enjoyed it. The location was particularly good, just a short stroll away from Torre Abbey. The area was decent just next door to local attractions and restuarants. The beach restaurant had outstanding food and superb service.

    The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had an honesty bar with comfy sofas to unwind in. What a bonus to find fresh scones waiting for us upon arrival!

    Breakfast hours are too restrictive!!! Closed restaurant recommendations led to unnecessary walking!!! More evening entertainment options would really enhance the stay, given the tranquil evenings without activities!!!

    The honesty bar was a nice touch, and we loved the variety of fresh produce served for breakfast. Kim and Trevor really know how to, offering plenty of drink options upon arrival. Highly recommend for a good getaway!

    Really good hospitality and breakfast!

    We stayed for four nights in a beautifully decorated Superior King Room. Kim and Trevor are wonderful hosts, locally sourced ingredients. The honesty bar and relaxed ambiance made it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The only downside was that we had to leave at the end of our stay!
